Brings deep expertise in energy market microstructure, mathematical optimization, and quantitative modeling. With a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and extensive experience at Assenagon, Siemens, and Quantego, Vadim bridges academic research with real-world applications in power trading and market design.
Complements this with a strong background in strategy, IT management, and energy market operations. Having led and implemented complex projects at Siemens, Celonis, and Bragi, and holding a degree in Technology Management from TUM, he unites technical expertise with business acumen to drive Creatica's strategic and operational success.
